His previous roles include General Counsel for ParkHub, Inc., which saw a $100M exit last spring, and most recently, Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel for Kairos Water, Inc., an Atlanta-based PropTech company with patented leak detection and water metering technology. He also serves on the board of directors at the North Texas Angel Network.
