These roles allowed her to develop expertise in building business-to-business relationships between emerging technology companies and corporations.

Additionally, Ms. Carlson has worked at Anthemis Group, a fintech venture capital firm specializing in investments that promote resiliency, transparency, access, and equity within the financial system. Her career began as a consultant at Heidrick & Struggles in London.
