She also held the position of Head of Partnerships at Flo Technologies, an IoT cleantech startup focused on water control and monitoring systems for homes and buildings. These roles allowed her to develop expertise in building business-to-business relationships between emerging technology companies and corporations.
Additionally, Ms. Carlson has worked at Anthemis Group, a fintech venture capital firm specializing in investments that promote resiliency, transparency, access, and equity within the financial system. Her career began as a consultant at Heidrick & Struggles in London.
